Housing Lottery

Returning graduate students Lottery Housing Application for 2024-2025 will be available starting Monday, April 15, 2024 and must be submitted by Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Our goal is to provide as many graduate students with lottery housing as possible within the spaces available. We encourage all students who are interested in campus housing to submit a lottery application.

April 6 11am- 12pm OSE Roommate Mixer in the Catalina Central Rec Room- first 30 minutes will be open to grads who identify as female and non-binary; 2nd half of the hour will be open to All Grads
April 15 2024-2025 Housing Lottery Application goes live
April 15 12pm-1pm Graduate Housing Lottery Info Session in the Catalina Central Rec Room with OSE
April 18 7pm-8pm OSE Roommate Mixer in the Catalina Central Rec Room- All Grads
April 30 Deadline to submit 2024-2025 graduate housing lottery applications to the Housing Office
May 1 – July 31 Notify Housing Office if vacating during the summer (Intent to Vacate Form)
May 1 – July 31 No cancellation fee for current 2023-2024 housing contract
May 10 by 5:00 pm Housing Office will post lottery results and guaranteed housing cut-off number
May 14 – May 17 Housing Office will select alternate or new assignment with residents
May 31 2024-2025 contracts due to the Housing Office, otherwise fall reservation will be forfeited
June 1 – Aug 1 Move period for residents with new housing assignments (when unit is available)
June 9 Last day to cancel 2024-2025 housing reservation without a penalty fee
June 10 – Aug 31 There will be a $200.00 fee to cancel 2024-2025 housing reservation
July 31 by 12:00 noon End of 2023-2024 housing contract. Last day for residents without 2024-2025 housing assignments to vacate housing.
September 1 Start of 2024-2025 housing contract
After September 1 If Resident terminates his/her contract with fifteen (15) days written notice to Housing Office without cause or for any cause other than a permissible cause as set forth in the grad contract, there is a fee of $350.00
