Cancellation Form for Graduate Student Housing

May 1^st - July 31^{st -} No cancellation fee for current 2012-2013 housing contract

July 1^st- August 31^{st -} There will be a $150.00 fee to cancel 2013-2014 housing reservation

After September 1^{st -} If Resident terminates his/her contract with fifteen (15) days written notice to Housing Office without cause or for any cause other than a permissible cause as set forth in the grad contract, there is a fee of $300.00
